Amity 2500 & 2700 Harvester EASY & NON-TIME CONSUMING Adjustments to Improve Harvest in Wet Conditions

  1. Confirm there are 2-shims at least in lifter strut. In wet, muddy conditions, we want the pinch point rolled forward to minimize dirt. 
  2. Make sure reverse grab roll kit(s) are removed
  3. Open up grab roll bed to at least 2" or as much as 2 1/4"
  4. Run at rated PTO speed 1000 RPM


These 4 easy adjustments will greatly change the cleaning of beets with minimal time spent.
