Tom, has over 26 years with the business and CaseIH that was started by his grandfather and father and uncle

Michelle has been with the dealership for 3 1/2 years

Jeff has served the dealership in parts and now sales since August of 1991

Dennis has served the dealership in the sales position since Nov 0f 2001. He comes to the organization with experience in the agricultural field previously in service.

Ted has been with the company since May of 1988 almost 20 years of service and has watched the company grow from 1 store to three stores. He shares parts managment resposibilities with two of the stores as well as watching over all parts sales for the company.

Harold has been with the dealership since April of 1992 and will be celebrating 15 years of service soon.

Scott, Has been with the dealership since Nov of 1996 and serves in Parts department

Brian has served in the dealership parts department since Jan of 1995

Kevin has lead our service department in Reese since March of 1998

Doug has been instrumental in our service department here at Reese since Jan 1989 specializing in Combine diagnostics and repairs

Danny has been with the Reese service department since Sept 1975

Mike has been with our service department since August 1993

Tony has been with our Reese service department since Sept 1996 specializing in Lawn and Garden service

Mark has been with the Reese store since Aug 1975 serving as technician setup as well as performing equipment deliveries

Scott, has been with the CaseIH organization for 19 years, serving as the store manager here since April 1998

Penny has been with the dealership 7 years

Roy has been with the dealership now for 31 years. Roy has an extensive background in agriculture.

Rod, has been with Janson Equipment for 3 years. Before Jansons Rod farmed in the local area

Derick, has been with the dealership for over 8 years. Prior to sales Derick worked in the parts department and served as service manager.

Duane, has been with CaseIH for 31 years and has served as parts manager for the store

Robby, grew up around the CaseIH dealership first sweeping floors at the age 0f 5 at the former Alto store. Robby has been at Charlotte store since April of 2001

Don, has been with the dealership since 1979. He brings a vast knowledge to the Charlotte parts department from many model years and changes

Rich has been with Jansons for 2 1/2 years. Rich has many years experience working with CaseIH equipment. He is an avid collector of Trucks and tractors.

Tong hng and handles parts receiving and UPS shipments and has been with the dealership for the past 6 years

Mike, grew up in the farming industry and has been service manager for Janson's in Charlotte since Aug 2007

Jeff, has been with the dealership for 36 years. He has many years experience with older CaseIH models as well as new. His experise is also in hay equipment and balers

Greg has over 20 years experience in the agricultural industry. Greg specializes in combine repairs for the dealership.

Eddy, has been at the Charlotte dealership for 7 years

Larry has been at the dealership for 5 months, and grew up on a dairy farm bringing years of in field experience.

Kathy has been with the dealership 11 years

Shirley has been with the dealership 8 years

Mike has 6 years with Janson Equipment and CaseIH as well as 22 years experience in the agricultural equipment business in sales, service and managment.

Bob has 4 years experience in the dealership as well as a background in the Dairy business

Ted, has 19 years experience with Janson Equipment and CaseIH, he has watched the facility grow from 1 store to three stores and currently managages parts departments for Breckenridge and Reese on a floating basis

Aaron has been with the company 7 years and also handles the GPS and auto steer responsibilities for the dealership

Lowell has been with the dealership 11 years and has had past diesl injection pumps and injectors experience

Matt has been with the dealership now for 16 years. Matt handles our back counter and the technicians as well as truck technicians and parts department

Nate has been with us now for 10 months and handles parts recieving and shipping

Alesha has been with the dealership now for 5 1/2 years and handles parts orders and receipting

Jann has many years of agriculutural equipment and parts experience. She comes to Janson equipment from the former Sackett Eq Co. Edmore, Mi. She has been with Janson's now just under 2 months

Jon came to Janson Equipment from the former Heritage Equipment of Chesaning with many years of Agriculutural technical experience and has been at Janson Eq now for 5 1/2 years.

Rick has 17 years experience with Janson equipment and CaseIH. Rick specializes in ag tractor diagnostics and repairs

Scott has been with the dealership 18 years and has machinery setup responsibilities as well as planters and combine technical experience

Jake has been with the dealership now one year and is handeling many technical responsibilities for the ag service department

Jermey, has been with the dealership now for 5 years and handles all equipment deliveries and pickups as well as technical repairs of skid steers and other ag related equipment

John has been with the dealership for over 11 1/2 years and brings many other years of outside the dealership experience

Brian has 8 years of technical repair and diagnostic experience at the dealership

Chad has 8 years technical and diagnostic repair experience with the dealership

Chris has 4 years experience in our truck and bus service department
