Tom has over 26 years with the business and Case IH. Janson Equipment Co. was started by his grandfather, father, and uncle.

Michelle has been with the dealership for 3 1/2 years.

Jeff has served the dealership in parts since August of 1991 and now sales.

Dennis has served the dealership in the sales position since November of 2001. He comes to the organization with experience in the agricultural field, previously in service.

Ted has been with the company since May of 1988. He has over 20 years of service and has watched the company grow from one store to three stores. He shares parts managment resposibilities with two of the stores, plus he watches over all of the parts sales for the company.

Harold has been with the dealership since April of 1992 and will be celebrating 15 years of service soon.

Scott has been with the dealership since November of 1996 and serves in parts department.

Brian has served in the parts department since January of 1995.

Kevin has lead our service department in Reese since March of 1998.

Doug has been instrumental in our service department here at Reese since January 1989, specializing in combine diagnostics and repairs.

Danny has been with the Reese service department since September 1975.

Mike has been with our service department since August 1993.

Tony has been with our Reese service department since Sept 1996 specializing in Lawn and Garden service

Mark has been with the Reese store since August of 1975, serving as technician setup and delivers equipment.

Penny has been with the dealership since 2001

Roy has been with the dealership since 1977. Roy has an extensive background in agriculture.

Rod has been with Janson Equipment since 2005. Before Janson's, Rod farmed in the local area.

Derick has been with the dealership since 1999. Prior to sales, Derick worked in the parts department and served as service manager.

Duane has been with the dealership since 1976 and is the parts manager for the store.

Robby grew up around the Case IH dealership first sweeping floors at the age of 5 at the former Alto store. Robby has been at the Charlotte store since April of 2001.March of 2010 Robby became Service Manager here at Charlotte.

Rich has been with Janson's since 2005. Rich has many years of experience working with Case IH equipment. He is an avid collector of trucks and tractors.

Tony handles parts receiving and UPS shipments and has been with the dealership for the past 6 years.

Jeff, has been with the dealership since 1972. He has many years of experience with older Case IH models as well as new. His expertise is also in hay equipment and balers.

Greg has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Greg specializes in combine repairs for the dealership.

Steve has 25 years of experience with the Case IH organization.

Kathy has been with the dealership for many years.

Shirley has been with the dealership for eight years.

Mike has several years of experience with Janson Equipment and Case IH, as well as 22 years of experience in the agricultural equipment sales, service, and management.

Bob has 4 years of experience at the dealership and has a background in the dairy business.

Matt joined our dealership in Feb 2010 and will cover all three stores Apache sprayer and RTK auto guidance systems sales

Ted has 19 years of experience with Janson Equipment and Case IH. He has watched the facility grow from one store to three and currently managages the parts departments for Breckenridge and Reese on a floating basis.

Aaron has been with the company for seven years and also handles the GPS and auto steer responsibilities for the dealership.

Lowell has been with the dealership for many years and has past diesel injection pump and injector experience.

Matt has been with the dealership now for 16 years. Matt oversees our back counter, the technicians (including truck technicians), and the parts department.

Nate has been with us now for 10 months and handles parts receiving and shipping.

Alesha has been with the dealership now for 5 1/2 years and handles part orders.

Jann has many years of agriculutural equipment and parts experience. She comes to Janson Equipment from the former Sackett Eq. Co. in Edmore, MI. She has been with Janson's now just under 2 months.

Jon came to Janson Equipment from the former Heritage Equipment of Chesaning with many years of agricultural technical experience and has been at Janson Equipment now for 5 1/2 years.

Rick has 17 years of experience with Janson Equipment and Case IH. Rick specializes in ag tractor diagnostics and repairs.

Scott has been with the dealership for 18 years and has machinery setup responsibilities, as well as planter and combine technical experience.

Jake has been with the dealership now one year and is handeling many technical responsibilities for the ag service department

Jeremy has been with the dealership now for 5 years and handles all equipment deliveries and pickups, as well as technical repairs of skid steers and other ag related equipment.

Brian has 8 years of technical repair and diagnostic experience at the dealership.

Chad has 8 years of technical and diagnostic repair experience with the dealership.

Chris has 4 years of experience in our truck and bus service department.
